450 power steering

have a 450 with the behlin. It doesn't work unless I use the other remotes and there is no pressure at the steel"U" line. Is there supose to be pressure all the time??
 
The answer is yes the PS unit should have pressure at all times. The priority valve is located before the first valve in the stack (where the U tube originates) there is supposed to be a hockey puck plug (much smaller) to put the PS in continuous demand. Look at the parts diagram at caseih.com.

This is what's missing. Think it goes in the bottom hole of the valve face between the first valve and manifold/steering column support.
