While working on the sheet metal, my gerber slipped out of my hands and decided to find a hole in the radiator. I don"t think it"s worth repairing, its very brittle. What would be the best reman to replace it with. I appreciate any help

IF your top tank and bottom tank is good then you are way ahead of the game to get a quality core put in it rather then this after market junk as you will be way ahead , don't ask how i know. Still fuming over that one.

AP air sells new ones that work well.Replaced 10 or 12 radiators with them over the last 8 yrs with no problems.

Hey Tractor Vet. Talk about aftermarket radiators, bought on for my 1486 two years ago and had to pull it back off after istalling it, putting everything back together and filling it up with antifreeze and the dang radiator cap would not fit. Tryed three different new caps and none would fit. Had to pull it back off and exchange for a different one. Talk about being pi**** off.
