PROBLEM: Governor

Low RPM O.K., Mid RPM OK, High RPM TOO HIGH,

Question: What is the problem with my Governor when its at a too high RPM? Thanks.

There is a screw on top of the governor unit (right in front of the mag or dist). Back off the jam nut and turn the screw in. more you turn it in the more it will limit rpms.

Better take the gov housing off and check the thrust bearing as it just mite be shot.
