you and others, jim, thanks. now, what parts in the govener do i look for that probly needs replaced? cant adjust like the book says.cant take the haunting out. thanks again.

After replacing the control shaft seal in the governor on my H it hunted when I started it. The tube between the governor and the carb as out of place. Appearently, tightening the screws on the governor end last is not always the best way to do it.

Parts to check in the governor are the pivots for the bob weights and all the bearings. Make sure everything works smoothly.
