m power steering

You have aftermarket power steering as the M did not have factory power steering. Provided it is not connected to the hydraulics and has a separate reservoir, just use some brand of power steering fluid. Hytran is probably ok also as tractors with live hydraulics sometimes are also connected to the power steering and use the hydraulic reservoir. In other words it really doesn't make much difference.

I think the Charlynn manual calls for Type F ATF. I don't think they make Type F anymore. It is some sort of backwards compatible ATF.
