Width of a F-20 to fit on a trailer

I am thinking of going to an auction and bidding on a F-20 farmall with rubber tires. My question is if I can haul it home on my 24' trailer that is 83" wide but has fenders that I can drive over. I know the tires might hang over some, but wondered about the inside width between the rear tires.

depends on if its a narrow tread or wide tread and what wheels are on it.If its a wide with 28 inch wheels, you are gonna need a wider trailer.

if you can drive over your fenders you'll be fine, but you dont want that tractor sitting on your fenders so load it backwards. F-20's are pretty a** end heavy and if you drive it on forward with the tires up to the back of the fenders you prolly wont have near enough tongue weight

Take the wheels off and "Drag" it on while resting on the rear bull gear housings. Use the whells to balance the load.
I have hauled several this way.

so many tractors with wide rear ends, you need more to haul half the stuff you/we got/get...have a 102" wide g-neck, even in wheel wells, is 96", so have no problem what ever i haul..

I have 37 F-20 with 12-28's and it measures 8 foot from outside to outside of tires. I hauled mine home on a 2 1/2 ton GMC with a 8 X 16 foot bed.
