Auction worth of Fast hitch?

Since I only atended one auction in over a year I'm out of touch on what to expect. Cleaning out building of items I will never get around to using.
Plan on hauling hitches to one of the local spring auctions and was wondering what to expect for bids.
Have a 400, 300, 450, 2 drawbars and a 2 to 3 adapter. Any ideas welcome.

Two items I tried to sell in ads, some interest but no pickups. Don't know if fuel prices, less interest in fast hitches or priced to high compared to what used to be is the problem.

Unfortunately just not a lot of people looking for complete units as much as pieces. The drawbar may bring $100 if right buyers are there. I paid $150 for my adapter and the "hook" you have to unlock from the seat may bring $20 itself.

Dave, From what i see here the draw bars go up to 80-125. The adapters im not sure have not heard of to many going up around here. The fast hitch itself id 200-400. Around here most of the people are looking for the Super C / 200 fast hitches. Best of luck!

I sure wish you lived closer!

I'm working on buying a whole 300LP for parts for my good 300LP, largely to get the FH off of it. I also need the PTO drive gear set.

I talked to the same guy about a FH off of a 450 but I can't remember what prices were thrown out.
My gut feeling is around $200.

You never know if an auction will bring the right people vs. scrappers. If you can palletize and carry it to a shipper perhaps an ebay "buy it now" might be the best option. But may be more trouble than it's worth vs. selling them all on one day at an auction.

I should clarify; 200 would be low so I'm going to say 2-400. I would pay more than 200 for a good one.

I'd be interested in the two to three point adapter. Bit far for me to come to the auction. Going price down here is around $250, & up, yours looks to be in pretty nice shape .......of course,
I would have to have it shipped. ......cha-ching. I do have acess to a loading dock at work.

Located in WV. and IH interest is not as high as other places. Probably take to a auction in Ohio or Indiana unless the weather is bad. If not considering the Portland IN. swap meet in may.

That hitch should ship to most places on a pallet for around $200, maybe less. That aint bad if you want to sell them and not deal with an auction. You could sell them to these guys who want one and have them pay the shipping. heck....$500-600 aint bad for a good fast hitch shipped to your door. I'd say around here that they are worth every bit of $400 having that they look complete and very nice. Another option is to take them to the Red Power Roundup in July in Indiana. Good luck!!

(quoted from post at 12:49:56 03/24/12) In my opinion, that's the best fast hitch IH made. Wished I had a 400 and lived closer to you.

Just an FYI, the Red Power Round Up is not in Indiana this year- it`s in DuQuoin,Illinois (southern IL)

Those hitches have all the correct cylinders, pins & accessories.
They would bring around $500 each down here.
With the recent interest in restoring the hundred series tractors I doubt you will have any problems selling them.
Around the midwest they are getting hard to come by, especially in that good of condition. I bet they don't last two days in Portland.
