Here's what we did to a low miles 1979 International S-1724 service truck. Its 26,000# gvw and can be a puller for 'most anything. Used Rustoleum paint, both body and wheels. New rattle can color: Matte Nickel-- think it would great on Farmall rims too.
(My other rigs are: '41 Farmall H and '68 Int'l Hackney bodied ex Navy ambulance)

Thanks for sharing the info on the wheel paint - I've been mulling that one over myself - from the pictures, I really like the look of those wheels. I'll have to check out that paint.
