Don't toss it. Freeze it.
This forum once had a long-since-departed owner of a 300 Utility with milky Hy-Tran. Being on a budget, he decided to boil off the emulsified water. That process seemed kinda dangerous to me especially since he was doing it in his cluttered garage. He was happy with the results, however.
I had a bucket of the stuff sitting in my barn. Despite the mild winter, that bucket got cold enough to fractionate the water from the oil. The water froze on the bottom and the remainder was clear and I poured it off.
Maybe too late to reclaim your Hy-Tran this year. Of course, you could always put it in the freezer.
Best thing to do is to bleed off the melted ice via a drain plug if you haven't used the tractor since the last good freeze. Don't forget that a mechanical TA tractor has three drain plugs.
Hope I saved somebody some money or an incinerated garage.
