Hey everybody, a while back I posted about a slow turning starter with a glowing bolt, I replaced the starter and it seems to crank harder. The problem is that it only did once, I can't get it to turn again. One of the problems may be that I had the belt pulley half engaged. Any idea what I did here? It's an H by the way. Thank you in advance for any advice

Analysis should include Was it a new starter, or the old one rebuilt?
If new was it a used "new" starter, or a rebuilt starter?
Have you put it in 5th and rocked it back and forth hard to see if the fan turns (any)?
Have you loosened the starter ti see if it was jammed?
Is it getting voltage?
