IH gas cap exchange

Recently got a nice IH 300 Utility Gas.
Still has the old gas cap.
Does anyone know if Case IH still honors the old excnange program?

I got 4 new ones last year- asked for 6, but two of the tractors I submitted came from the guy who told me about the program, so he probably had already used those numbers
