wrist pin bushings F12

What is the easiest way to get the old wrist pin bushings out of the rods?
How about getting the new bushings back in ?

I"m helping another fella work on his F12, and I"ve never had one apart before, so I"m sure I"ll have some questions from time to time.
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

you can press the old ones out your self either with a large arbor press or hydraulic press. Use a socket that is just smaller then the rod its self but not so small to not hit the bushing. The new ones can be also be put in with a press just make sure they are flush with the rod when completed. They do however require reaming which really needs to be done a machine shop. Should run you around 30-40 for the set. If you dont remove the old ones and install the new ones add anouther 30 or so to that.
