Zenith carburetor screw NEED HELP ASAP!

I have lost the " JET WELL VENT" screw, does anyone have one they would sell? this is a little screw that looks like a small set screw with a hole in the middle. This is off of a Zenith #13781 , that is off of a IH 184 Cub, this looks like a screw that would be in any old carb.
I have called International and they said this part is no longer made (figures)
i have also called Massey/Allis and several tractor salvages and still nothing.
Does anyone have this screw or know where i can find one ?
I am located in Burns KS.
 
First off, calm down. Try taking a few deep
breaths. Lost parts are frustrating, sometimes
even terrifying, but being a little too hyper can
cause more problems than what you have right now.
The old haste makes waste axiom holds true to
farmers too. Second, I have lots of carbs an would
be glad to look to see if I have something that
will work for ya, but I first need a picture and
perhaps some dimensions of the part/parts that you
have misplaced. Perhaps a photo from a google
photo search, as i realize that you can't take a
pic of something you've lost!!! Lol. Kippster
 
I believe I've found what i am looking for, i need to have this tractor running tomorrow, because i have consigned this tractor to a auction for this weekend and it just quit today, i then took apart the carb when i lost the screw.
I believe i have found the correct screw, and i got it all put together. The tractor started right up but now it runs a little rough and then it quit again. I realized it wasn't getting any gas, i drained the fuel lines and it was full of gunk.
I got everything cleaned and then i disassemble the carb and then re cleaned it again.
Now the tractor runs but it's still a little rough when it throttles up and it's a little week on power.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I have adjusted the main jet on the carb 1 5/8's turns out and that's when it runs the best, but it's still a little week.
