International 184 Cub Low Boy with Mower :) (and photos)

I just picked this up, it was a 7 hour round trip in a 81' Chevy C-30 with out a overdrive, It was a long trip at 55mph but well worth it.
I only paid $1200 for it, it was running about three to four years ago, it belonged to a school, they used it for mowing and ext.
It was still running until they replaced it with a zero turn mower and a "new" Newholland tractor with loader. It was then parked and never looked at again.
I just got this home and haven't had time to do anything to it, looks like the fuel lines need replaced and it has really old gas in it.
I will see if i can get her going tomorrow ?
I will post more pictures when it is light out.
The rear tires look to have over 90% tread, the front tires have good tread but one is flat.
Thanks for looking

I got the fuel lines replaced, cleaned the points and the ol thing fired right up, it only runs on full choke, i dismantled the carb and it was a little plug and the needle was sticking.
I will get a rebuild kit first thing Monday and get it going.
The hydraulic mower lift works perfect and the engine does not smoke or have any blow by.
I can't wait to get it finished.
Here are some more pictures

They had 3 tractors, two Massey Ferguson's (one diesel) and then this Cub, all three tractors had the lights broke out :( .
Being these tractors where stored at a school, i wonder if some kid didn't brake them out?

I got the lights replaced today, i also got the muffler bent back and then the hood straightened.
I am going to build a grill out of expanded steel for now, being that this tractor is going to be used for mowing, i hate to have the grill broke back out.
I got the carburetor rebuilt, the ol tractor fired right up and runs perfect, i went and found some tall grass to test the mower, it work really good, the blades look about new and they work like they are new.

So far this tractor has been a good find, i hope it continues this way.
Thanks for looking
