Excited, finally got some leads on mud scrapers

Been looking for a mud scraper for over a year now. No, I am not having troubles with mud build-up on my front tires, just having fun searching and installing parts for my H. It was missing rear headlight, belt pulley, air cleaner etc.

Hadn"t found anything for months and now I have a lead on 3. One I"ve sent in my check for, I think it was for a F14 or something, it"ll need a little fabbing to make a bracket to bolt to and H or M. The second I just paid for via pay pal, but the guy said it is an IH scraper and he has another which is an aftermarket. I"ve heard that IH didn"t actually make them, but don"t know for sure.

In the picture, I believe I just purchased the scraper on the left, I might just pick up the one pictured in the center that he described as an aftermarket. They seem to be hard to find and I"m sure someone will want it.

now you can get some built once you have the pattern, thats easy enough machine shop work.
 
I can do some cutting, grinding, and a bit of welding but I can't bend the forks. Don't have the equipment or experience. I was hoping someone else would jump on that bandwagon.
 

I've got one with a broken scraper laying on my future project (scrap) iron pile. I THINK it might be for a John Deere because of how the mounting bracket is made, but I don't know for sure. If anyone wants to go into business and start building them, and needs a pattern, they're welcome to it.

I'd prefer it be picked up here.
 
I might have a set here, will look when the snow is gone...I am also a yooper.I took them off my H cause I had one bend and go through the tire.
 
there is a collector in marrinette/menominee that might have some, take a peek at the up steam and gas web site he posts on their sale board
 
I can tell ya one thing for certain. that pedestal on the left with the mud scraper on it is not for an F14. the 14 has a skinny one much less stout than that one.
