Where & how do these mount on my tractor?

2nd pic is of my 300 & recently mechanically reconditioned 8' fast hitch spring tooth harrow. It's was designed to go on a SC but I had to run 4 miles down to my buddies place. The 300 is faster on the road.

Looks like you have a fast hitch with traction control. Those brackets are for a fast hitch without traction control or first type FH made.
Maybe I need to add more, the late type fast hitch that it looks like you have, mounted the J hook on clips horizonal under the seat and on top of the battery box. If I made a mistake looking at the picture and you do have the early type FH. Biggest bracket in the picture goes to one of the duckbill lift arm mounting bolts on the transmission top cover and the other goes on one of the side plate mount bolts. If you do have the late hitch with traction control, the tc. handle and other parts are in the way or not there for mounting the early J hook brackets.

I belive these are to store the rod to release the clips on the FH? the bent one should bolt behind your left foot under the trans deck towards the top

Setting in the seat straight down from your left shoulder. I'll take a photo of my 400 and post it in a couple days. hook is still on my tractor

I have the later style I believe. This is in fact a late 1955 300 with 350 pistons, paint, and badging.
