Head (bolt) studs

I have a Super Mta that I am replacing the head (bolts) studs. I have removed half with no problems. I can"t get the studs on the manifold side to break loose. Afraid to get very rough with them, afraid they will break off in block. Any suggestions or ideas how to get them out? Thanks

Fire up the torch. Get the area around the studs red hot, and then let everything cool down. Spray some penetrating oil on as it cools down. If the studs still are being stubborn, do it again.

Won't hurt a thing if the studs get hot at the same time.

Vibration is sometimes the best way to loosen studs and bolts. Put some nuts on the end of them and give them a hit with a hammer. Don't beat them, just some taps.
Some large bolts on a bulldozer had to be hit with a sledge before they would even move.

You might try double nutting the top of the stud, tightening the nuts really good and then tack weld them together. Then use a 1/2 inch impact gun. If that doesn't break it loose you can take a hack saw to the tack weld and take the nuts back off. Don't use your head nuts for this, as they're not the local hardware kind. It always amazes me what an impact gun will get loose after I've busted my knuckles with breaker bars.
