Could someone tell me what year a TD9 with serial number TDCB518064 was built.

Al, I have a serial number listing that covers all the TD9's but there are only five digits in the numbers. Those serial number plates can be a bear to read after all these years, so could it be that what looks like a "4" is a letter, not a number?

If such is the case then 51806 would be a 1953 model.
