I decided to put a pair of firestone radial tires on widened rims tonite. i had purchased new 20.8x38 tubes to go in the 18.4x38 tires so the tubes would be lots big for the 20 inch wide rims. i got the first tire on the rim and had it seated when i realized i was missing a tire iron. Guess where the iron was. So i only got one tire installed tonite. I bet i won't do that trick again. LOL Kent

Don"t feel too bad,,,I have plenty if days like that. Just be thankful you caught it and you are big enough to admit it

Don't feel too bad, been guilty of the same thing, it happened three times on the same tractor. I didn't feel too bad when the "professional" installation I opted for after doing it twice, did the same thing. Three tubes and the inate propensity for counting irons BEFORE airing it up & we were good to go.
