"Ran when parked" outside 5 years ago. Wouldn't roll when I got there. We poured three bottles of Heat into the rear end and worked the brakes and it would roll. It WILL NOT shift at all. There was powdery rust everywhere that you could see inside the shifter hole. I have never seen a shifter rust off rather than wear off. I'm 75% sure the motor is free. I didn't take much time to investigate. I will do a complete investigation when I take it off the trailer.

An H with fenders and a pto with cover..good going. There will be about two gallons of water in the rear end, pull the plug (when its above freezing) and let water run until thick oil starts coming, then plug back in. This will be temporary until you can drain the entire rear end and replace with fresh oil. I will tell you from experience on two H's that when you refill it it will leak because the seal on the drive line will be shot. Its not a hard job to replace through the belly pan. I'd say you got as nice project!

Looks like you did great. Lites, fenders, wheel weights, PTO cover etc. Wheel rims looks good. It's a great project.
