Depending on what it was originally used for, it may have an SAE flywheel housing. The basic guts would be the same, the "feathers" may be different.
 
It depends on what you mean by standard C-263.

Tractor engines had replaceable sleeves installed and six threaded rear plate mounting holes. Replacement and other engines were sleeveless and no threads in four of the the rear block holes.

There are some other differences depending on block serial number such as crankshaft thrust bearing, cylinder head locating dowel pins, and cylinder sleeve style.

Basically they will all interchange.
