Is a repair/rebuild kit available for the belly pump of a '41 "H" still available with instructions? Thanks for your advice. Sapper55

if your gear sare still good all you need is a couple springs and some check balls. been about 20 years since i rebuilt one but it cost me about $35 then. i am sure you can still get the parts. i have since converted to live hyd and that cost me upward of $700.

There is only one gasket, and one seal. Both are available from CNH.

What is your intention on the rebuild. Are you wanting to stop leaks, or is there another issue? I would convert it to live if you plan to use it a lot.

I don't think that there is a kit, but all the parts are available. There are no instructions, but the parts book has an exploded diagram.

You should take your pump completely apart to see what you need. The springs collapse a little bit, so you will need to measure them.

When I got the new springs I measured them. The lengths are as follows :
15258E relief valve spring 1.90" long
15257E locking clip spring 1.525"
15056E hold up ball spring 1.125"
15068EB valve cam and piston lever spring the end of the leg is rotated down 3/8" (it is a torsion spring)
