Good friend of mine which is a dealer bought a 39 H 2 years ago running for 600 bucks,And he offered it to me for the same price.Every thing is complete,sheet metal is very good,on rubber you can tell it was taken care of,new hoses and belts,orginial manifold and small tank,it has a starter,I beleive the motor has stuck from sitting,Im going to blow out the cylinders and fill with ATF,give it a month or so and see if it will turn.Im thinking about putting steel wheels on it.Can some one tell me where the bolt is located that locks it out of high gear

It is right in front (?) of 4th gear in the platform. You will see it when you look at it. IIRC it keeps the rail from sliding forward when you go to pull it into fifth.

If I am wrong and it is behind it you will see it when you get outside. I remember finding it when I pulled the lid on my H. I wondered why the one bolt I took out was so short. That was why, it didn't do anything more than fill a hole in the platform.
