Hello,
I am trying to fix the last few leaks on my Farmall 450. When I cleaned out the PTO with diesel a few months ago, well it seemed to clean everything out fine and dandy, but now I have this leak from the seal. I think it would have been leaking before, but the 10W oil was so low inside the housing. now that it is filled to the correct level it leak.
My question: Can I just pry out the seal with a screwdriver, or is this a "more to it than that kind of deal"?
Do I need to remove the 3 bolts that are in the picture and take more stuff off to get to the seal.
Thanks
Tony
