How much grease for SMD steering

I am planning on filling the steering bolster with corn head grease. I was wondering if someone could tell me how much I need to pick up?

One 13oz Tube, or a one pound tin will be plenty. It is useful for other greasable moments as well. You can pack it all but a walnut sized air space. Jim

FYI Dan,

I OVERPACKED mine and it wasnt good!I left mine with no "walnut sized space" like Jim said,packed it FULL. It expanded and is oozing down the bolster right now!
