looking at a 1952 m it is close to the last m made having disc brakes vs drum and band brakes with only 7000 aprox made would you consider this collectable tractor ? if so what knd of value would you put on it ? it does run
 
The disk brakes make it rare, but not particularly valuable. Most people selling them think they're extra-valuable. Most people buying them don't think they're worth any more than a regular M.

My rule of thumb is $1000 for a running M with tires that hold air. Adjust from there.

You'll get a gut feeling when the price is right.

The only Ms that seem to have any REAL collecter value are the 1954 SMTAs. Everything else is just another M, and value is dependent on condition.
