I pulled back seal out then front seal taped out back bearing then tapped out front bearing the back bearing was bad. ? do i put back the way i took out bearings first then seals then put back together thn slide packing grease first then tighten nut? never rebuilt one before any info would be great Also there is a dust seal that sits down in water pump front side do i replace that All i got from dealer is two seals to bearings two pks of packing Thanks for all the help

Put the beqrings and oil seals back in the same way they came out. You should have a machine shop true up the impeller mating surfaces. Packing will be the last thing you put in. There should be enough packing to put tension on the shaft and the packing nut will clear the t-bar but still have room to compress the packing more if needed.

How did you take the pulleys apart from the center shaft to get to the bearings?

Remove pump drive from shaft, then springs, drive studs, fan bolts and fan. Remove the packing nut. Then hub retaining nut, it's just behind the packing nut, has two flats for a wrench. Slide hub off shaft. Remove seals, inside the hub move spacer between bearings over enough to drive bearings out each end with a punch. Usually not trying to save bearings if they need removed.
If the pulleys need removed from the hub like for adjustable pulley replacement. Look for a 1/8 pin down near bottom front of the rear pulley. Hard to find without a good cleaning sometimes. Needs driven out to inside. It goes at a angle toward the front. Then press hub from the rear pulleys.
