Need help finding a discontinued part

Doing a valve job on a 230 Farmall. The machinist called me needing a rotator for an exhaust valve. Ordered a new one from dealer and it looks nothing like the old one, part has been replaced with something different. Any ideas where I might find one. Called Bates corp. and they had none on the shelves.

Check with your local auto machine shop; if they do valve jobs, they can get your part.

Just because the part LOOKS different, doesn't mean it won't fit and .

ach, youneed to find someone parting out a 230 tractor. mabe ebay are other 200 tractor posiable for same part? oldiron29

Just because it looks different does not mean it is not the correct replacement part. If you really are in doubt, have the dealer double check the part numbers.

Thanks for the responses. It is not the correct replacement part. Would have to get a longer spring or shim the heck out of the existing one. Will call weber and hope for the best.

Was 356841R91 the one you got? If not it shows still avaliable from dealer.
