Hey,
Might not be TOO tractor related, but I thought it was cool.

Watching new Redbox release "Real Steel" and saw this,Reminds Me of our 61 Me and Dad used to run around in working.

Wonder what year/model COE this was made out of????(In the movie,it has a "400" badge on the side door.Dont know if it means anything???)

If my memory serves me right Int. made trucks like this around the same time that the Emeryville semi tractor was being made around 1960.

That would be an ACO "Sightliner". According to a book on IH trucks I have, they started production in around 1957 and ended in '64. The book notes that some of the shortcomings of this design were a rough ride, noisy cab, and glare through the lower windshields from oncoming traffic. Engines were gas-burning V-8's in 401, 461, and 549 cid sizes.

That's cool! Thanks for posting.I don't ever remember seeing one like that.
