Looking for the sheat bolt that is at the top of the shock,that is stepped. IF you know where i can get one let me know.

Also, I have a ban gasket that is leaking, and not sealing up, what do your guys recommend. Taking it off tomorrow and if it looks good, I am going to use sealant and get it from leaking so we can paint.

Lastly, 4th gear seem to be hard to get into gear, like the shifter is worn and it does not fully engage. Has anyone had this issue/? Last things before paint.
 
Your shock bolt may be the same as my Massey-Harris takes.

Look em up on link_disallowed Parts.. I got a set from them about Christmas time.. I think they were something like $8 a piece, which I thought was quite reasonable..

I can get the caliper out and measure em up tomorrow, if that'd help you. I can also scrounge around and see if I don't have a "good used" one.. (I'm replacing them because someone welded the wrong sized nut on one, never checked the other, just bought 2 and will be done with it)

If it goes into fifth early and seems to have a very short throw into fifth (it is shorter than all other gears from new) it could be a bent 4th 5th shifter fork. The pivot in the lever tower could be worn and allowing that issue as well. There is a shift repair kit someone mentioned about two weeks ago.
