That used tach drive - $202.50

That used eBay tach drive and sleeve that I mentioned three days ago closed at $202.50. I guess not every IH tractor owner reads this forum.

Wardner Some of the people on ebay don't know what thier doing. Have seen a few used chainsaws bring more money than a new saw.

OH,the mentality!

I was told by my buddy: "Remember on EBAY,people dont buy things,they W I N things!!!!!"

I guess some people dont care to over pay.they just want to "beat" someone else to get it???

AFAIK the tach drive parts are NLA from CaseIH. The only possibility is a used one from a tractor salvage or ebay. Since most people have no idea where their friendly neighborhood tractor salvage yards are, their only option is ebay, and if they want it they have to pay for it.

Kinda makes a guy wonder if it actually sold for that much or if the seller had a few friends to "shill" it up for him.

well if he doesn't sell it, I don't see the point of the shills.

So, what's that stuff worth? where would you get it?

I've been watching that on ebay. My super m came with the gear and adapter and it dripped a little oil so I put a plate over the hole. Remember putting the tach drive in a plastic bag just in case but can't remember which corner it's filled in.
