666 Hydro

I"ve had my eye on a hydro 666 gas not to far from home, I was wondering if anyone knew how many were made, and for how long? Any help is appreciated.

Check out tractor data it has the numbers, they show 9367 were made.

And the Hydro 70 and Hydro 686 were the same tractor ..... although I don't know how long they continued the gas engine.

the number of 666s includes both hydros and gear drives. iirc, the 666 hydros were only built one year; then the model number was changed to hydro 70. many more 666s were gear drive than hydros.
i have 4 656 hydros that we use to load silage and feed with. if i had a chance at a 666 hydro, i'd jump on it.
