54 Super H serial number

Wanting to buy a 54 Super H. Looked at one and found the serial number was 21,xxx something. Sorry don't have the last three numbers. I thought the 54 model started with serial number 22202? Also looked at the casting codes and they all were Y and not Z. This tractor had the battery under the seat. Had live hyd. with the control box on the right side under the gas tank. Looked and there was no extra holes in the casting were a belly style hyd. pump would be on a 53 model. Can anyone tell me if this is a true 54 super H? Thanks

It is a 1953 model.

The serial cutoff for the battery box under the seat, live hydraulics, etc. was in mid-1953.

The 1953 Stage II model is actually RARER than the 1954 Super H.
