Stanhoist Loader

A couple days ago, I asked about the pitured loader for my SH. Was told that the mounting backets were not correct. I have found a set of mounting brackets for a Stanhoist loader off of a 560; are those the same brackets that would fit my SH? If not, what would be required to make the current brackets on the loader fit my SH? Guy said it was off an Oliver 88. I'm asking because I think the price is right on this loader and I cant find another Stanhoist like it anywhere close to me...

Thanks!

my stan.hoist loader was on a M then a 560 and a 706? before i put it on my A jd. if you use the 560 mounts i think that youll have no truble putting on your H. good luck Bob

The 560 frame rails are 2" farther apart than an H's frame rails, IIRC. The 560 is also quite a bit longer.

You will have the BEST chance of making it work with minimal modifications if you use the 560 brackets, though.

What you're going to have to do is try installing it, and see what you need to do to make it work.

460 or 560, same difference. Frame rails are still 2" wider and quite a bit longer.

Do the 460 loader brackets extend back to the axle housings?

If so, good news, because the axle mounting is the same on all H's, M's, Supers, 300/400, 350/450, and 460/560. You will have a good place to start from.

Bolt the brackets to the axles, and you'll probably need a 1" spacer up at the frame rail on each side. It should be fairly easy.

when i put that loader on my A jd i had to use 2 2in x 6in blocks to make the tractor wide enuff. i used 2 pices ot f20 frame rails cut to the right lingth. Bob
