F-20 Brackets?

Does anyone know what the cast bracket that bolts to the differential is used for on an F-20?

There is a similar bracket for the early "regular" farmall. They had a tendency to break the castings where they attached the transmission to the rear end.
Many of these special parts if used for an implement are in the books for those implements and not the main parts book making them even more interesting to find.

I have an 2 F20......37 and 39....fully restored.....hand
crank....I was raised on an F20...regards. Ed.....It could be for
a little starting gas tank......

I'm guessing it's for the old style corn picker that
had the overhead bin. But I don't have a parts book
for that model.
