fast hitch gauge

I have been working on the 450 trying to get everything working like it should. All that is left is the depth gauge for the fast hitch. I have found material to make new cables but I can not find the gauge itself. Mine has the face plate broken in two and the one half is missing. I have searched everywhere I can think of and come up with nothing. I was wondering if someone would post a picture of the face of one so I could make a decal to stick on the one I have. Thanks
 
Chester, Here is a picture of the pilot guide from my 450-D. This is as close-up of a picture I have on my computer without going out to the farm. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need additional pictures of the cables.

Did all 450's that had fasthitch come from the factory with the gauge or was it a option. This is the first one I've seem. Heard of them. Dad had a 400 and my 450 don't have it.
 
I believe the pilot guide was an option. I have another 450 and that one shows no signs of ever having one installed. I think my 450 parts book also shows it as an attachment. Al
 
Where did you find the materials for the cables?
I am also restoring my 450 & it to needs cables & part of the labeling on the gauge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
