freeing up a grain drill

I have an old McCormick 10' grain drill that has sat in my fence row for the past 10 years and who knows how long in someone else's grove. It was made before the MF drill.

The shaft that turns the feeder gear in the grain cups is frozen up and won't turn. It passes through 10 or 11 bushings, any one (or several) of which could be the rusty one.

Got any good ideas about how to free it up or at least figure out which bushings are stuck, without taking the whole thing apart ?

Thanks

I;ve freed up 2 of them just by pouring diesel fuel inside the hoppers, block it up off the wheels, gently rock the wheel every couple days. Be patient.

I had a similar problem with the fertilizer run on an Ontario grain drill - I heated up each joint with a torch. Had to be careful as the box on the Ontario drill I had was wood. I was able to put a pipe wrench on the shaft and get an idea where it was stuck.

I have an old Case Grain Drill . Ive never worked on this kind of drill before. The shaft that turns at tHe bottom of the seed hoppers is free but when you engage the levers to start seeding, the shaft is not turning, Any ideas what to look for/ there is no chain dOwn to the wheels, its all gears.
