M brakes

Hi Guys, Never changed the brakes on an M so, How hard is it? It is an 52 M any help would be greatly appreiciated Thanks guys, Kenny.

It is not hard at all. Unhook the pedal linkage. Remove the pivoting mechanism. Then remove the cover and you are there. Remove the brake band and close it up.

Might need to remove a drawbar bracket to gain clearance for the brake cover to come off, and you may find the bull pinion oil seal needs replaced once you're in there.

Loren is right--I found mine started to grab during a Christmas parade this year and this is what I found! Hey Ken--where in Indiana? I grew up on a dairy farm in Martinsville!!
