belt pulley gear box

Looking to put a belt pulley on my 650..I have heard it is the same gearbox as the 460 or 560 any truth to that?I know the W-9 SWD-9 650 came with 14" pulleys and same gearbox..thanks in advance.

nope, no truth to that. gotta have the unit off the 9"s 600, 650.

460 and 560 are not interchangeable between themselves. And neither gearbox will fit a 9 series tractor.

14", 16", and 16.5" diameters are the only pulleys listed in my 600-650 parts book. The smaller pulleys will bolt up though.

I have some extra sets. I also see them on eBay. I think there are two sets currently on a Buy-it-Now offering. I'm near Lowell, MASS. wardner at peoplepc dot com

Correct pully drives will only fit from the 9 series tru 650. I have four W9-650 have added pully drives to three of them. But all pullys from H thru at least 650 can be used no matter what size.

The drives or just the pulley? I didn't see any drives.

I do know of one down here, but it has been outside in a pile of rocks for 40 years and I kind of want it myself.
