brake pedal free travel

I just put new brake discs in the 450 and was wondering if 1 inch free travel from the pedal to the platform is ok.

If you drive the tractor for 20 minutes (without radical use of the brakes) and the housings are not hot, it should be fine. Jacking one wheel at a time and spinning the tire to see if it is free (not dragging) would also work. Jim
