I assume this is a 6 cylinder, in-line engine?

got the same engine in my R-202 truck, otherwise known as the Red Diamond!
 
Does anyone know what oil filter, oil, air filter, etc I need for my u450 engine? Also plug wires, spark plugs, that kind of stuff.
