H transmission gears

My mechanic [brother in law] split my H cause it had a terrible noise.Sounds like some gears are in pretty bad shape.Where would be the best place to find some good userd gears .Would anyone know apoximate cost?

I have a complete set of transmission internals in good shape, the input shaft, main shaft and countershaft with all of their gears and bearings and the reverse gear and shaft. I am looking to get $200 for the set plus shipping, send me an email if you're interested. I also have various individual gears from another H transmission. I can send more photos by email. They've got some bits of sawdust on them in the photos, it trickles through into where I store parts. I've advertised these in photo ads a couple of times over the past year.

With over 350,000 Hs made, pretty much any local salvage yard should have at least one sitting around being parted out. Gears are some of the less common parts that get pulled because of the work involved.
