oil pressure gage

Hello i have a 1948 H iam replaceing the old gage prolbem i haveing is the old gage had a brass nut with faral the old gage had female threads the new gage has male threads not sure what to do to get it hooked up all ideas would be great thanks

I think you need to pull the adapter off the old gauge and reuse it.

or you can buy a new brass connector at Napa or the like.

If it has 1/8 pipe thread you need to buy a 1/8 pipe brass coupling. Home Depot even has them.
