I found an OS6. the block is stuck, hoods missing and the fenders are bad. i know they made somewhere around 800 of these. does anybody know if its worth more than scrap, of where i could find a hood at?
 
hood and fenders are going to be a bear to find. however, if you can find them or repro's, that would be an excellent project tractor to invest in.

wasnt the OS the same basically as a W-6?? i thought the O-6 only had the batwings and fenders :?:
 
Guys, I am not that familiar with the W series, and I take your work for it that the W6 and the OS6 had the same fenders. I still say finding a set will not be an easy task.
 
The IHC part number for a left hand OS6 fender is 70294DA. The IHC part number for a left hand W6 fender is 53862DD. The differences are in the brackets and also the lower part of the fender itself. I can email photos of each for comparison.
