was wondering is there any difference between a super h carb and a regular m carb

Venturi size, some fuel metering parts sizes and choke levers on different sides on the carburetors. H and SH IH original manifolds have a different bolt pattern for carburetor mounting.
Some if not all aftermarket manifolds for H and SH have slotted holes so both carburetors will mount to them.

The biggest difference is the choke levers being on opposite sides. Everything else can be swapped out for what is needed.
