Super M head gasket

I am about to put things back together. The head gasket that arrived from the parts store is a Victor Reinz type. It looks different from the gasket that came off, which had two metal sides. This new gasket appears to have one metal side and one rubbery side? On it is stamped "sealant /retorque" Does that mean both is needed? or either or? I can see by researching this, everyone has a different opinion on whether to use head gasket sealant. Any advice?

Seal and retorque. I have had no problems with copper coat on a Super A, C, and 460.

Yes, Copper Coat is what I use.

I'd check to see if Fel-pro would have a gasket for this unit. I hate to do the job twice.
My brother did his 4010 & was told to put the head gasket on dry. Well, he had to do it again, & this time he used gasket sealer. No more problems.
