Deep well rim with drive lug 34?

Miller tire company has rear rims listed as deep well rim w/drive lug 34 as well as without drive lugs (unpainted), what is this refering to, I cant find it anywhere on the internet.....which would i need for an M?
 
I believe what they are referring to is on some tractor wheels there is a notch on the wheel itself that the lug on the rim fits into. I would think that your M falls into this catagory as my son in law has a Super H with this set up. The best way to get a sure answer though would be to contact the company that you are doing business with. They can be very helpful and most don't mind answering such questions as it helps them to sell the correct parts and keep the customers happy with their services.
 
I am wondering if this is referring to those welded on loops on some rims that you put a bolt through to attach to the center, but I don't know. For an M you would typically need a 38" drop center rim on any I have ever seen, and they do not have those loops on them since the rim is held to the center with clamps instead of directly bolted.

Drive lug is to keep the rim from slipping around the wheel. Guess you do have 6 lug rim mounting? Unless you have the means to remove the old rim drive lugs or make some to put on the new rims you need rims with lugs. Get the rim width to match the tires you plan to use like 13.6 X 38 or whatever tire size. Don't know why they have the # 34 for drive lug. Maybe it would say in millers catalog.
 
I went and looked on millers site and for your M I would go with the 11-38 deep well with the lug. My M has style B on but you will have to see what style you have or want. H>T>H>

My H has that lug to keep rim from turning. If you put the lug on yourself make sure you have it in the right location. I don't remember but if ln wrong place may cause a problem when mounting rim. I don't think so but I would measure first.
