D436 was built for non turbo,DT 436 was for a turbo . Dt most of the time has the oil jets drilled for the crank .
 
Turbocharger, exhaust manifold, cylinder head, pistons rings, DT has 12 piston cooling jets, D has only 6, water pump, oil pump. Possible radiator, injection pump, injectors.

There are several different heads used on the 400 series engines. They vary both in air passages and cooling passages and deflectors.

Camshafts are the same between turboed and naturally aspirated but there are different cams used as engine development progressed. Lobe size and grind contours changed over time. Lifter design also changed as well as lifter bore. Truck engines switched to using roller lifters.

There are probably more differences between early and late engines than there are between T and NA engines.
