H disstillate manifold

Need info on the bushing that is on the left side that the pin that holds the flapper , goes through should this move , I do not have all the components ,but can make them" Any help would be appreciated 419 707 3463

I also would like to have a working distillate manifold to be able to run my H as when it was new. I have everything in place with a fresh rebuild except for a working manifold. I have a manifold that can be rebuilt. Engine has correct valves, heat cover for carb, radiator shutters, etc.
