IH 260A backhoe dipstick

Hi all. I am in need of an engine oil dipstick for a 260A backhoe. Some dipstick did'nt put it back in when adding oil! (Not gonna say who ,though.) D239 engine, but not the same as an ag tractor. If you have one you would sell, it will help me out. Thanks Jody 989 843 6058

Find a junk yard stick that fits the tube and is too long. If it is fresh filled, mark it and go. if not someone may give you the length to full to mark it (drilled holes work best) Jim

If need be I can pull the dipstick on mine and give you the overall length, length to full, and what not.

Thanks Guys. I rigged up a dipstick from an auto trans to work for now. I would still like to have the right one if it can be had. Jody
